The agreement extends a partnership dating back to 1993, with NDC content set to follow, offering agencies access to fares and Travelport’s advanced merchandising capabilities

LONDON, UK, 10 JULY, 2026 – Travelport, the intelligent infrastructure travel technology company driving bookings for millions of travelers worldwide, and Turkish Airlines, the airline flying to more countries than any other carrier in the world, have signed a new multi-year distribution agreement that includes NDC. The agreement, which extends a partnership stretching back to 1993, will see Turkish Airlines’ content made available through Travelport+, including access to NDC-only fares and advanced merchandising capabilities, with an NDC go-live expected to follow in a future phase.

Under the agreement, Travelport-connected agencies will be able to access Turkish Airlines’ content through Travelport+, and a reduced surcharge for NDC. The agreement also enables rich visual content and ancillary merchandising, giving agencies the tools to present a fuller picture of Turkish Airlines’ offer to their customers.

Turkish Airlines’ content will be accessible to agencies through both Smartpoint, Travelport’s booking application, and TripServices, Travelport’s cloud-native API platform. Across both access points, agencies benefit from the same foundation: normalised, curated content, intelligent orchestration and search, and consistent servicing, all in one place.

“We are pleased to renew and deepen our long-standing relationship with Travelport,” said Cem Tanburacı SVP, Revenue Management of Turkish Airlines.

This agreement reflects our commitment to making Turkish Airlines’ content accessible and compelling for travel agencies around the world. We look forward to bringing our NDC capabilities to Travelport’s network of agencies in due course.
